Zere of Zere Real Estate completes
$3.325 million sale of 10,000 s/f building

Oakdale, NY Zere Real Estate Services has sold a 10,000 s/f professional building as commercial investment property on 3.29 acres at1645 Montauk Hwy. The property is situated in the town of Islip along the Oakdale Business Corridor off of Sunrise Hwy. with a national tenant, Tutor Time Child Care Learning Center.
Marie Zere, president & CEO of Zere Real Estate Services represented both the seller of the property, Commander Enterprises Inc., and the buyer, 120 Voice Road LLC. The sale price $3.325 million.
