Vigliotta of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corp. leases 7,183 s/f to a distillery

Patchogue, NY Mario Vigliotta, associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services, has completed a 7,183 s/f commercial lease at 161 River Ave. Vigliotta represented the landlord, Rowaldal Realty Corp. and the tenant, Great South Bay Distillery, LTD.

Great South Bay Distillery will use the former craft beer distillery site to produce vodka, gin, whiskey and bourbon. They plan to expand the existing tasting room and update the building’s façade.

A grand opening is planned for the summer of 2019.
