Pennetta and Stricoff of Cushman & Wakefield and Flint and Zussman of CBRE complete $10.5 million sale

Hempstead, NY David Pennetta and Robert Stricoff of Cushman & Wakefield and Tim Flint and Mark Zussman of CBRE represented the seller in the $10.5 million sale 40 West Columbia St. Known as the Rivoli house, the five-story story property features 112 units of low-income housing and a ground floor retail space. The seller was Rivoli Redevelopment Corp. and the buyer was Rivoli LG Redevelopment Co. LLC.
