Hackett and Timpone of Metro Realty Services sell three properties and land for $7.35m

Medford, NY Jeremy Hackett and Mark Timpone of Metro Realty Services, LLC negotiated four sales transactions totaling 16,000 s/f and .68 acres for a total of $7.3538 million.

Hackett and Timpone sold 6,000 s/f at 79 Cedarhurst Ave. to One Stop Metro LLC and QAPLA Holdings LLC for $1.9 million. Hackett represented the seller, 79 Cedarhurst Ave. LLC, and Timpone represented the buyer.

Timpone and Hackett sold 5,000 s/f at 910 Third Ave. in New Hyde Park, to Ambe RE1 LLC for $1.7338 million. Timpone and Hackett represented the buyer and the seller, 910 3rd Ave. LLC, was self-represented.

Hackett sold .68 acres at 8 Grant Ave. in Bay Shore to Su Family 8Grant LLC for $2.1 million. Hackett represented the buyer and Rich Pino and Dave Blanc of R&R Commercial Realty Group represented the seller, RJS Trucking.

And Hackett sold 5,000 s/f at 119 Gary Way in Ronkonkoma, to Gary Way Solutions LLC for $1.62 million. Hackett represented the seller, 119 Gary Way LLC, and the buyer.
