Bomzer and Young of Sabre lease 2,400 s/f to The Max Challenge; Hartman of Pliskin reps tenant

GLEN COVE, NY Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a 2,400 s/f lease with The Max Challenge. Senior managing director, Doug Bomzer and associate, Sean Young of Sabre represented the landlord, Norman Bobrow. Marvin Hartman – of Pliskin Realty represented the tenant, The Max Challenge.

“The Max Challenge is a 10-week fitness program. Other than fitness classes they also offer nutritional counseling. There are around 25 - 30 people in a class at one time,” said Young.

Opening in November, this will be The Max Challenge’s 79th location, and they plan to continue expand  throughout the nation, with numerous franchisees.

The Max Challenge is a 10-week body transformation system designed to make fast and lasting changes to one’s appearance and overall well-being. They do this by combining nutritional counseling, fitness classes incorporating cardio and strength training and motivation.
