Syage of Hunt Corp. represents landlord, Sunnyside Properties, in 1,200 s/f lease

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Primary Medical Associates of Long Island, PLLC, has leased 1,200 s/f of office space at 54 Sunnyside Blvd. Chuck Syage of Hunt represented the landlord, Sunnyside Properties, in the lease negotiations. The 14,000 s/f office building at 54 Sunnyside Blvd. is located off the Long Island Expressway. "The building has great visibility and signage," said Syage. "With twenty-four hour access and generous parking in front and rear, this was an ideal location for Primary Medical." Primary Medical Associates of Long Island offers a wide variety of services for adult and adolescent patients with health issues including acute illnesses and injuries, chronic conditions, pain management, on-site laboratory and rapid test results. They provide personalized attention and a patient-centered, holistic approach to preventing and managing health.
