Syage of Hunt Corp. represents landlord, Sunnyside Properties, in 1,200 s/f lease

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Primary Medical Associates of Long Island, PLLC, has leased 1,200 s/f of office space at 54 Sunnyside Blvd. Chuck Syage of Hunt represented the landlord, Sunnyside Properties, in the lease negotiations. The 14,000 s/f office building at 54 Sunnyside Blvd. is located off the Long Island Expressway. "The building has great visibility and signage," said Syage.
