LIREG W and LIREG New Gen to hold Gatsby Beach event on July 25th
Wantagh, NY LIREG W and LIREG New Gen will hold “Gatsby Goes to the Beach” on July 25th from 6 to 9 p.m. This networking event will have a 1920’s flair. The event will be held at Jones Beach West Bathhouse, 2000 Ocean Pwy. Event is free for LIREG members and $100 for guests. Attire is business casual and valet parking will be provided. When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
