Sayville, NY Harry Antario, licensed real estate salesperson, and Patrick Curtis, the corporate broker for Long Island-based One Realty Services, Inc, has represented the tenant in a 6,300 s/f single-tenant NNN lease. The two-story restaurant building was built in 1985 and is valued at $1.4 million on 21 Main St. 

Listing broker Walter Hurney of Reliant Realty LLC represented the landlord. The building is currently occupied by a restaurant establishment. The new tenants took occupancy on July 1st.
