Hackett of Metro Realty Services brokers $600,000
Bay Shore, NY Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services, LLC sold 0.46 acres of industrial land at 3 Orgill Ave. The buyer, Lun Brothers LLC, was represented by Hackett and purchased the land for $600,000. The seller, Corgill Real Estate LLC, was represented by Rosemary Zollo of Lucky to Live Here Realty.
