Weiss of T. Weiss Realty is sole broker for 878 s/f
Melville, NY According to T. Weiss Realty Corp., a family owned developer, landlord and manager of commercial real estate, One18Media Inc., a digital marketing agency has leased 878 s/f at 532 Broadhollow Rd. known as the Broadhollow Corporate Center. The company, founded in 2014 by its president, A.J. Sonnick, moved in on Nov.1.
“We are very pleased to add One18Media and its creative team,” said Craig Weiss, president of T. Weiss, who represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
