Benedek and Silbergleit of NAI Friedland broker $2.75 million sale

According to NAI Friedland Realty, its office division completed a $2.75 million sale and a 5,200 s/f lease. The two deals include: * The sale of 14 Saw Mill River Rd. NAI Friedland executive directors Ellen Benedek and Carl Silbergleit brokered the 25,000 s/f building deal between Margaret S. Brown Trust (seller) and 14 SMRR, LLC (purchaser). Silbergleit and Benedek represented the buyer and seller. * The lease of 5,200 s/f at 707 Westchester Ave., White Plains. Benedek and Silbergleit brokered the deal between Bohler Engineering (sub-sublandlord) and Residential Home Funding (sub-subtenant). Silbergleit and Benedek represented the sub-sublandlord.
