Rockrose Development extends Wilhelmina Model's 12,671 s/f lease at 300 Park Ave. S.

Owner Rockrose Development Corp. has extended Wilhelmina Model's lease for the entire 12,671 s/f second floor at its 300 Park Ave. South. "They've been a wonderful tenant," said Rockrose senior VP Patricia Dunphy, "and we have a feeling that whoever ends up leasing most of our building, and getting all the benefits that goes with it, is not going to mind sharing some of the soon-to-be upgraded common areas of 300 Park Ave. South with the Wilhelmina models."
