The Feil Organization signs 15-year, 46,000 s/f renewal with Thompson Coburn LLP at 488 Madison Ave.

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization has signed a 15-year, 46,000 s/f  renewal with Thompson Coburn LPP at 488 Madison Ave. The national law firm has occupied the entire 14th and 15th floors since 2002, and as part of the extension, will undergo a complete redesign and build-out to meet the firm’s needs. This deal brings the office tower to over 90% leased.

Built in 1949 and spanning 447,000 s/f, 488 Madison Ave. is located in Midtown along 51st and 52nd Sts. 488 Madison overlooks St. Patrick’s Cathedral and features central transportation access and proximity to retailers in the shopping district. Major tenants include the Archdiocese of New York, Shawmut Design & Construction and Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions. 

The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Wiener, Tim Parlante and Kyle Young. Thompson Coburn was represented by Joe Learner and Jarod Stern of Savills and Chris Kraus of JLL.
