Bohemia, NY Zere Real Estate Services sold a 27,000 s/f industrial building on 3.8 acres along the MacArthur Airport Business Corridor with frontage on Veterans Memorial Hwy. for $3.095 million. Michael Zere, Michelle Marie Zere, and Marie Zere, president & CEO, of Zere Real Estate, represented Stephen Levy, the seller of 3800 Veterans Memorial Hwy.

“The location of this property is excellent with high visibility directly on Veterans Hwy. and sandwiched in between a McDonalds and an active diner on a corner site with a traffic light,” said Michelle Marie Zere, executive vice president

“This site delivers tremendous parking and loading capacity for trucks to utilize the close proximity to major transportation arteries such as the Long Island Expressway and  Sunrise Hwy.,” said Michael Zere, executive vice president. 

“Zere Real Estate Services represented this landmark building for quite some time trying to find the right buyer to utilize the site and buildings outstanding features such as tremendous signage, high ceilings and abundant parking,” said Marie Zere. 

The buyer, SGTBJ, Inc. was represented by Harmanak Singh of Charles Rutenberg, LLC.
