Delavale of Breslin Realty arranges two leases totaling 21,500 s/f

Sayville, NY Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty has arranged two leases totaling 21,500 s/f. 

The first deal was a short-term lease totaling 20,000 s/f with Party City for their seasonal concepts at Sayville Plaza. Sayville Plaza is located at the northwest corner of Sunrise Hwy.(NY-27) and Johnson Ave. Party City will be occupying the former Babies ‘R Us space throughout the entire Halloween and holiday season. The deal was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Delavale.

In the second lease, Delavale completed a long-term lease renewal of Supercuts at 1171 Wantagh Ave, Wantagh. Supercuts will continue to occupy 1,500 s/f of the newly renovated Willow Wood shopping center.
