Zere of Zere Real Estate Services closes three leases: 15,500 s/f total

Ronkonkoma, NY Michael Zere, senior vice president at Zere Real Estate Services closed three lease transactions totaling 15,500 s/f.

Zere closed a 5,000 s/f industrial lease for Flymoon Holdings Inc. at 200 Christopher St. “The industrial multi building is 20,000 s/f total situated on 1.7 acres. The industrial site is centrally located with easy access to the Long Island Expressway (LIE), MacArthur Airport Veterans Memorial Hwy Business Corridor and Sunrise Hwy.  Making this location ideal for warehouse /distribution. The loading is excellent delivering both a drive-in door and a loading dock,” said Zere. Zere represented both the tenant as well as the landlord J&L property LLC in this lease transaction.

Additionally, Zere closed on 10,500 s/f of industrial leases for AMC Environmental LLC that leased 4,000 s/f and Abstract Image Group Ltd leased 6,500 s/f at 201 South Second St. This building is located off the MacArthur Airport Business Corridor on a heavy industrial street in the heart of the transportation hub. Close to the LIRR Ronkonkoma Station, MacArthur Airport, the Long Island Expressway Exits 59 & 60. Zere represented both the tenants as was the landlord, 901 South Second LLC.
