Wolf and Powers of Denham Wolf Real Estate represent landlord in 4,400 s/f lease to congressman Serrano

Denham Wolf Real Estate Services Inc. brokered a 4,400 s/f turn-key lease in The BankNote located at 890 Garrison Ave., for the office of congressman Jose Serrano. "Congressman Serrano's new headquarters is in a central location that will help his team continue to serve the Bronx community," said Paul Wolf, co-president of Denham Wolf. "As the first tenant in The BankNote's innovative pre-built program designed to provide a range of affordable professional office spaces for small businesses, this transaction marks the ongoing commitment that the building has made to meet the needs of the growing business sector in the South Bronx." The congressman's office will be the anchor tenant in The BankNote's new pre-built office program. Wolf and Stephen Powers of Denham Wolf represented the landlord.
