Varbero of QPWB appointed to NYC Bar Assn.’s structured finance committee

Manhattan, NY According to Avanza Capital Holdings, attorney Anthony Varbero, a partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A, (QPWB) has been appointed to the New York City Bar Association structured finance committee, serving a term from December 11, 2025 through July 31, 2027. 

This honor recognizes Varbero’s legal expertise and his growing influence within the structured finance sector. Through this appointment, he will contribute to shaping policy, drafting reports, analyzing legislation, and supporting key public service initiatives within one of the bar’s most respected committees.

Varbero serves as counsel to Avanza Capital Holdings, an alternative funding company, focusing on serving the needs of small businesses who are unable to get funding from banks or other traditional lenders, by purchasing receivables from merchants businesses, and giving them the needed liquidity to operate and grow their business.
