Vanguard-Fine, LLC arranges four leases totaling 41,532 s/f and one sale

Vanguard-Fine, LLC has completed for leases totaling 41,532 s/f and one sale. The deals include: * Barry Feinman and Ken Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered the five-year lease renewal between Olympia Sports and Delaware Plaza Associates. The 4,000 s/f Olympia Sports is located in Delaware Plaza. * Alex Kutikov of Vanguard-Fine brokered the five-year lease between Town Squire Shopping Center and Aaron Chien (d.b.a Princess Nails). The 1,600 s/f Nail Salon is to be located in the Town Squire Shopping Center, Glenmont. * Kutikov also co-brokered the sale of 19 Mountain View Ave., Colonie. The sale was between HPCD Realty and Rufus and Lisa Canty. * Feinman and Brownell brokered the five-year lease renewal between GBR Ballston Ave., LLC and Dollar Tree Stores. The 23,400 s/f Dollar Tree is located at the Price Chopper Plaza, Saratoga. Feinman and Brownell brokered the five-year lease renewal between Dollar Tree Stores and Mountain Pacific Realty, LLC. The 12,532 s/f Dollar Tree is located at the Mountain Mall in Monticello.
