Schreiber of GNYDC secures financing for 5,000 s/f retail property
The Greater New York Development Co. (GNYDC) has completed the financing of 5,000 s/f of commercial real estate with $630,000 in SBA 504 program loans. The financing was part of $1.525 million in total funding for qualified small business projects in Westchester County.
Charles Schreiber, vice president, lending financed the Sound Shore Liquor Pantry LLC/1-Stop Beverage Center, LLC. They are suppliers of high-end, connoisseur-quality collectible wine, as well as moderately priced wines and liquors. They have purchased their leased facility of 5,000 s/f which is located at 800 East Boston Post Rd.
