Schorr of Realty Insight Group brokers $2.888 million sale of 4,640 s/f building to Giacalone of Roberts Equities

Farmingdale, NY Christopher Giacalone of Roberts Equities has purchased 250 Conklin St., on the southwest corner of Waverly Place, for $2.888 million. The subject property, net leased to Citibank, is a 4,640 s/f building on 1.9 acres. The purchaser was represented by Neil Schorr of Realty Insight Group, Inc. The seller, Pathland Holding, was represented by Jason Maier of Stan Johnson Co. Realty Insight is a full-service commercial real estate organization providing representation services for tenants and property owners. Their mission is to function as the outsourced real estate department for their clients.
