Asaro of Industry One reps seller in $1.695 million sale of 10,000 s/f industrial building

Farmingdale, NY Precision Pharmacy purchased a 10,000 s/f industrial building on 0.50 acres at 69 Allen Blvd. for $1.695 million. Gary Chimeri of Alliance Real Estate represented the buyer, while Mario Asaro, SIOR, of Industry One Realty Corp. represented the seller, I N Credible Properties.

Industry One was founded in 1985 by Bernie Steinberg and Henry Proto. In 2009, Asaro took the helm and has since tripled the size of the firm.
