Ruiz of JLL reps TRITEC in 3,813 s/f lease at 3 Technology Park

East Setauket, NY According to TRITEC Real Estate Co., Inc., St. Charles Rehabilitation has renewed their lease for 3,813 s/f at 3 Technology Dr. located in the Stony Brook Technology Center. St. Charles Rehabilitation represented themselves in the lease negotiations TRITEC was represented in the transaction by Raymond Ruiz of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

The space, designed by Ed Farrell of Nemschick Silverman Architects and constructed by TRITEC Asset Management, Inc, will undergo some minor renovations. The premises will remain open during construction. The practice excels in treating orthopedic and sports medicine patients, including student-athletes and adults following an injury or surgery such as joint replacement. The location features equipment, including the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, and sports injury prevention initiatives from St. Charles Sports Medicine.

3 Technology Dr., a 20,338 s/f single-story, medical office building, is 70% leased. The remaining 6,240 s/f of fully approved medical space is available.

The Stony Brook Technology Center is a 103-acre, 1 million s/f master planned office/medical research park developed by TRITEC. 

The park that offers a campus-like setting with five ponds, plentiful parking and well-manicured grounds is ideally located on the North Shore of Long Island in East Setauket and accessible by various major roadways and public transportation.
