Brick Realty Capital LLC, through an affiliate entity, provided a second mortgage in the amount of $499,000 to a private real estate owner. Located in the upper east side of the city, the collateral is comprised of a two multi-family apartment buildings that contain both apartments and a ground floor retail tenants. Eric Roth, a managing partner of Brick, arranged the financing for this transaction. The loan, with an interest only 2-year term, was closed within 8 days of application.
