Regeneron Pharmaceuticals signs 116,200 s/f expansion with BioMed Realty
Tarrytown, NY Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. has signed a nine-year lease expansion with BioMed Realty Trust Inc. for 116,200 s/f at the Landmark at Eastview, bringing the campus to 99% leased. The life sciences company now leases 1.1 million s/f at The Landmark at Eastview campus. BioMed Realty was represented by Transwestern partner Matthew McDevitt in the transaction.

Owned and managed by BioMed Realty, The Landmark at Eastview is one of the largest multi-tenant science parks in the state.
