The purchaser is an affiliate of Amber Property Management, Tuckahoe, N.Y. The seller was Triple AC, Inc., Eastchester, N.Y. The two-story elevator building, consisting of 18,000 s/f, is fully occupied by medical tenants. The location is excellent, fronting Rt. 1, with on-site parking.
