Hauppauge, NY Bob Raffa of Island Associates negotiated a 1,470 s/f office space relocation and lease for James Morgan at 490 Wheeler Rd. James Morgan relocated within the building and expanded his existing footprint at the office building and extended his term. James Morgan is a nurse practitioner specializing in mental health therapy.
490 Wheeler Rd. is a 50,000 s/f two-story office building.
