Pizer and Varricchio of Trinity R.E. leases 15,000 s/f to Epoch Films
According to the Parish of Trinity Church, Epoch Films, a film production company, will be relocating its headquarters to 435 Hudson St., bringing the nine-story, 265,360 s/f building to 100% occupancy.
Epoch Films will lease 15,000 s/f on the fourth floor of 435 Hudson and is home to a variety of tenants including L'Oreal USA, MCI International and Tom Hennes, Inc.
