Panzarella-Mayo and Bomzer of Sabre Real Estate arrange 11,000 s/f lease

ELMONT, NY Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, a premier New York Metro retail brokerage and national consulting firm, has arranged a lease with Feel Beauty Supply at 1615-1631 Dutch Broadway. Associate director, Jessica Panzarella-Mayo and senior managing director, Doug Bomzer of Sabre Real Estate Group represented the landlord, 1631 Dutch Corp. Hymie Dweck, - of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, Feel Beauty Supply.

Feel Beauty Supply will occupy an 11,000 s/f storefront on 1615 – 1633 Dutch Broadway.
"We are thrilled to have Feel Beauty Supply as a tenant at Broadway Plaza. We believe they will drive traffic to the center which will also be an asset to our existing local tenants" said Panzarella-Mayo.

Feel Beauty Supply makes it their mission to listen and satisfy customers with the help of their passionate stylists and workers, to achieve beauty demands. They sell a variety of hair and skin care products, makeup, and beauty accessories.

Opening in August 2018, this will be Feel Beauty Supply’s 20th location, and they plan to continue expanding throughout Long Island and the boroughs.
