NAI DiLeo-Bram leases 3,000 s/f retail and sells 12,607 s/f manufacturing space

Kenilworth, NJ NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) recently recorded a new retail lease transaction and warehouse property sale. In both instances, the firm’s brokerage professionals exclusively represented ownership.

“Kenilworth’s access to major road networks has attracted a wide range of local, regional and national industries, all of whom draw from the area’s highly skilled workforce and make it a desired location for retail and industrial tenants,” said David Simon, the firm’s chief operating officer.

At 600 Blvd., NAIDB associate vice president Kelly Bayer secured a 3,000 s/f lease agreement with Planet Dance. The family-owned dance studio, which was established in 2002, is relocating its classes to the new location.

According to Bayer, the neighborhood retail center features ample on-site parking, excellent visibility and two garage-style windows that open to offer maximum air flow – all of which appeal to the tenant’s clientele. Nearby lifestyle services include Kenilworth Diner, Acme, PNC Bank, Dunkin and Wells Fargo Bank.

Two miles to the east, NAIDB vice president Richard Goski and associate vice president Catherine Goski-Vasquez exclusively represented the owner, Alloy Cast Products, in the $3.4 million sale of 700 Swenson Dr. The 12,607 s/f manufacturing building occupies one acre. Sheet Metal Works Local Union 22 acquired the property, which had garnered over 300 investment inquiries due to its extremely favorable positioning within the Greater Port industrial market, according to Goski-Vasquez.
