Urban Edge leases to Aldo and Dream Pairs at Bergen Town Center

Paramus, NJ According to Urban Edge Properties, two new footwear stores have signed leases at Bergen Town Center. Aldo (1,793 s/f) opened in time for the holiday season, and Dream Pairs (3,619 s/f) will open in early 2024. These two will join a variety of other classic, athletic and fashion footwear retailers including Nike Factory Store, Adidas Outlet Store, Skechers and the recently opened Journeys to create a true shoe destination at the property. 

Aldo is a global footwear powerhouse with more than 1,500 points of sale in over 100 countries worldwide. Dream Pairs offers men’s, women’s, and children’s shoes under the Dream Pairs, Nortiv 8 and Bruno Marc brands and accessories. The company has a robust online presence and strong customer following, and this will be its second brick and mortar location.
