McCoy of NAI Long Island leases 4,300 s/f office to C-Tech Solutions
NAI Long Island
Mount Sinai, NY Dennis McCoy, senior director of NAI Long Island, represented the tenant in the lease of 5505 Nesconset Hwy. C-Tech Solutions leased the 4,300 s/f office space for a term of 10 years. The landlord, Sinai Properties, LLC, represented themselves in the transacation. “The landlord had just recently purchased the shopping center and was eager to make a deal. Both parties were a pleasure to work with,” said McCoy.
