Commack, NY Andrew Gonzalez of Industry One Realty Corp. brokered the lease of a 9,400 s/f industrial space located at 63 Austin Blvd. Gonzalez represented the tenant, All State Sales Group, Inc., and the landlord, Triangle Properties, represented themselves.
