Maynard of Zere Real Estate Services brokers sale of 5,000 s/f; Caiola of Zere Real Estate Services assists

Bill Maynard of Zere Real Estate Services just completed the $550,000 sale of a 5,000 s/f free standing commercial building well suited for a veterinarian hospital on 50 West Main St. Bill Maynard represented the buyer. "The location was key for my client, Twin's Veterinarian Hospital because of the large municipal parking lot behind the premises, high visibility on a main thoroughfare and large demographic population density in the surrounding area." Prudential Douglas Elliman represented the seller. Paul Caiola of Zere Real Estate Services was also involved in the transaction, in addition to his real estate broker expertise he is also a highly qualified financing specialist that was helpful in the deal. He enabled the buyer to secure the financing through Citibank for the sale of the premises with a 504 SBA loan. Working together in tandem with Maynard and his buyer helped facilitate the whole process of securing the property for the deal to go through in a timely fashion.
