Gordon of Breslin Realty completes 1,300 s/f lease for D-lites shop

According to Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Inc., Amanda Gordon completed the following lease transaction: A long term lease has been completed with an ice cream concept, D-Lites, for 1,300 s/f of space in the Mayfair Shopping Center. D'lites ice cream is low in sodium, sugar, fat, and carbohydrates. It is cholesterol free, and a healthier alternative to regular ice cream.The power center is 215,000 s/f including Waldbaums, Gap/Gap Kids, Talbots Outlet, Jos. A Bank, New York & Co, Rite Aid, and more. Amanda Gordon of Breslin Realty represented D-Lites in the lease negotiations.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
