Marshall of O,R&L Commercial and Anninos of CBRE Syracuse broker $5.575 million sale

Syracuse, NY O,R&L Commercial, LLC sold a 134,444 s/f former Sam’s Club for $5.575 million. 

The retail building on 14.2 acres is located at 2649 Erie Blvd. Phil Marshall of O,R&L Commercial represented the buyer, Hampshire Venture Partners LLC, who will convert the building into a self-storage facility. Bill Anninos of CBRE Syracuse represented the seller, Sam’s Real Estate Business Trust. 

O,R&L Commercial has offices in Branford and Rocky Hill, Conn.
