Licata of Rand Commercial sells 52 room
Table Rock for $11 million

Sloatsburg, NY Rand Commercial brokered the $11 million sale of 150 Sister Servants Ln., known as Table Rock. The 40,525 s/f estate was built in 1902 for the great-grandson of Alexander Hamilton.

The property features 52 rooms, most with fireplaces, on 40.32 acres and was formerly occupied by St. Mary’s Villa Retreat House.

The four-story property will be the new home to The Ranch Hudson Valley, a spa owned by The Ranch Malibu. The addition of the spa/hotel will add jobs and increase tourism to Rockland County.

Donna Licata of Rand represented the seller and Tuxedo Hudson Realty represented the buyer.
