Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company negotiates nine sales totaling $7.45 million

Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company has negotiated nine CRE sales.

• Joyce Mawhinney MacKnight from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 14,222 s/f church building on 14.11 acres at 5833 E. Seneca Tpke. to Islamic Society of Central New York for $900,000. Mawhinney represented the seller.

• Elaina Pirro and Sam Vulcano from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold 1.01 acres at 7176 Buckley Rd., Liverpool to SKS Orthodontics for $385,000.

• Michael Kalet from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 30,054 s/f industrial facility at 45 Aurelius Ave., Auburn to Garfield Property Management for $765,000. Kalet represented the seller, Nashville Skyline, LLC.

• Mark Austin from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 9,412 s/f industrial building at 1010 N State St., Syracuse to Basim Alquraishi for $330,000. Austin represented the seller, Michael Mauro, Sr.

• Jim Laurenzo, Chris Savage and Jonathan Weinstein from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 39,914 s/f industrial building at 301-423 W Taylor St., Syracuse for $375,000.

• Weinstein and Austin from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 58-unit apartment complex at 401 Smith St., Syracuse for $1.905 million. Weinstein and Austin represented the seller.

• Jeff D’Amore, SIOR and James Furney from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 22,200 s/f office building at 600 French Rd., New Hartford for $1.35 million. D’Amore and Furney represented the seller 600 French Road LLC.

• Michael Conley from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 1,560 s/f office building at 6134 State Rte. 23, Oneonta to Titan Drilling for $240,000. Conley represented the seller, the Boy Scouts of America, Oneonta NY in the transaction.

• Conley from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold an 11,000 s/f industrial building at 9494 River Rd., Marcy to Tracy Holdings for $1.2 million.Conley represented the seller.
