Kucker of Colliers Long Island reps buyer in $6.2 million sale
Hicksville, NY A shopping center has sold for $6.2 million. The 23,341 s/f center at 750 South Broadway is called Bloomingdale Plaza. It has 11 stores and is 85% occupied. Tenants at the center include Fresenius Medical Care, which specializes in kidney dialysis, Bishop McHugh Health Center and Honest Restaurant.
Matthew Kucker of Colliers International Long Island represented buyer J.D. Thakrall, a local real estate investor, while Neil Schorr of Realty Insight Group represented seller South Broadway Holdings.
