Iron Gate Realty buys $106.5 million Atlanta multifamily portfolio

GFI Capital Resources Group's newest venture, Iron Gate Realty Partners, which specializes in the acquisition of class A multifamily properties, has purchased the Villas Portfolio for $106.5 million from Davis Development. The four apartment communities, including Villas at Newnan Crossing, Villas at Kennesaw, Villas at Sugarloaf, and Villas at West Ridge, total 1,168 residential units, with the average unit size being over 1,100 s/f.
