Hunt of Hunt Corporate acts for Anton Cerrone Assoc. in 13,605 s/f; Manoogian of CBRE represents tenant, LabCorp

 

 

Plainview, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., LabCorp has leased 13,605 s/f at 51 East Bethpage Rd. 

David Hunt represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates while Matt Manoogian of CBRE, represented the tenant. 

“LabCorp needed a new location built out to their specifications quickly,” said Hunt.  “They required office, laboratory and warehouse space, as well as a truck loading dock, all of which we were able to accommodate. Construction is already under way and we expect delivery in late spring.” 

LabCorp, headquartered in Burlington, N.C., operates one of the largest clinical laboratory networks in the world, with a U.S. network of 36 primary laboratories.
