PWC NY celebrates women in construction and honors “20 Under 40”

Manhattan, NY The New York chapter of Professional Women in Construction (PWC NY) will hold its annual holiday gathering, bringing AEC professionals together to celebrate successes and meet others in the industry. The Holiday Party will be on Thursday, December 11th at 5:30 pm at 160 Central Park West New York.

Professional Women in Construction New York is a nonprofit organization that connects women and promotes diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction and related fields. PWC NY offers informative industry programming, exclusive member resources, and leadership and networking opportunities.

Each year PWC NY’s board of directors recognizes PWC members under the age of 40 who are excelling in their careers in the AEC industry. The “20 under 40” recipients will be honored at an awards ceremony during PWC’s holiday party in December. 

“We support young professionals with mentorship and scholarship programs throughout the year,” says PWC NY executive director Gina Rivera. “The 20 under 40 award is another expression of our commitment to encouraging the next generation and raising awareness of career paths for women in AEC.”

The 2025 “20 under 40” honorees represent women who are driving innovation, leadership, and change within our industry. They are:
