Hunt of Hunt Corp. arranges 10,000 s/f lease renewal for TVR; Roel of All Office Real Estate reps tenant

Syosset, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., TVR Communications has renewed its lease of 10,000 s/f at 5 Aerial Way. David  Hunt of Hunt Corp. represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates in the lease negotiations. Frank Roel of All Office Real Estate LLC represented the tenant. 

TVR Communications is one of the largest providers of interactive patient education and entertainment products and services in the U.S.  TVR also provides related multimedia products and services for healthcare, financial services and other clients with complex requirements.

The building at 5 Aerial Way is a 60,000 s/f industrial flex building located off the Long Island Expressway. The building, part of a portfolio of  700,000 s/f, is currently fully leased. Hunt is the exclusive leasing agent for Anton Cerrone.
