Hunt of Hunt Corp. reps Chembio in 70,000 s/f lease; O’Connor and Gazzola of NKF rep landlord

Hauppauge, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Chembio Diagnostic Systems has leased a 70,000 s/f building at 555 Wireless Blvd. David Hunt of Hunt Corp. represented Chembio. Jack O’Connor and Dan Gazzola of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Reliance Communications.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
