The property is a 8,930 s/f, 14-unit apartment building. The buyer was Nickel City Properties. * The $134,000 sale of 1728 Seneca St. by Jane Munro and Fred Occhino of Hunt. The property is an 8,365 s/f warehouse. The buyer was Network Piping, Inc. * The $125,000 sale of 1125 Ridge Rd., Lackawanna by Jane Munro and Fred Occhino of Hunt. The property is a 2,200 s/f pizza shop. The buyer was Barry Decker.
