Steve Blake and Lida Mychaskiw of CBRE|Buffalo have completed lease negotiations for a total of four companies which include Air Express International, Concrete Cutting and Breaking, Storage Mobility and Vacant Property Security totaling 48,110 s/f.
Air Express has leased 9,096 s/f of office space at 181 Cooper Ave.; Storage Mobility has extended their lease for 28,000 s/f located at 91 Sawyer; Concrete Cutting and Breaking leased 6,000 s/f at 4025 Walden Ave., Cheektowaga; and Vacant Property Security leased 5,014 s/f at 2205 Kenmore.
