H2M appoints Kobos as director of GIS

Melville, NY H2M’s extensive GIS service offering is built upon their decades of municipal and private A/E experience. Their team of GIS professionals maintain technical fluency in the GIS industry and practices.

H2M has named Christopher Kobos, PMP as the company’s director of GIS. He will be focused on expanding H2M’s GIS service offerings. 

Kobos has 17 years of experience providing technical solutions and project management for GIS applications. This includes consulting local clients for GIS Services, coordinating the interaction of municipal GIS activities and managing numerous projects for villages, towns, counties, and the state. 

Kobos is a graduate of Colgate University with a BS in Environmental Geography. He is an authorized ArcGIS trainer via ESRI ATP and Project Management Professional (PMP).

The addition of Kobos to H2M expands: Online and mobile mapping; asset infrastructure inventory; maintenance and management; GPS/field data collection; spatial trend analyses; third-party software/application/data integration.
