Gonzalez and Miso of Industry One arrange 4,300 s/f industrial lease
West Babylon, NY Andrew Gonzalez and Bob Misa of Industry One Realty Corp. have co-brokered the lease of 4,300 s/f industrial space at 116 Mahan St. Gonzalez represented the tenant, K&W Tinsmith Inc., and Misa represented the landlord, Ricca Properties LLC.
