Vernon. All 3 properties are in short walking distances to Metro North train stations, all are heavily windowed, and permit medical uses. 6 Gramatan is within 2 blocks of Mt Vernon Hospital, City Hall and two municipal garages. The full top floor of 16,800 s/f is available and can be divided to 1,500 RSF. 7 West Broad Street is at the corner of Gramatan Avenue in the Fleetwood section of Mt. Vernon. It is across from a municipal garage, above Bank of America, and one block from the eastbound entrance to the Cross County Parkway. 250-2,400 RSF spaces are available. 7 Pondfield Road is one block from the retail area of Bronxville. It is also two blocks from Lawrence Hospital, now associated with the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital network. The 3 available spaces contain 340,650 and 1,400 RSF.
